Eastern Drains is looking for an experienced Jetting Truck Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for operating our hydro-jetting equipment to clear and maintain drain and sewer lines for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

Operate jetting truck equipment safely and efficiently on service calls
Diagnose and clear clogged or blocked drain and sewer lines
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of jetting equipment
Communicate professionally with customers on-site
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience operating a jetting truck
Valid driver's license required
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

Compensation & Schedule

Starting at $25/hour
Guaranteed 40-hour work week

Basement Estimator (Eastern Basements Division)

We’re seeking an estimator experienced in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and structural repair.

Responsibilities:

Inspect residential and commercial basements
Prepare accurate estimates for repairs using Xactimate (experience a plus)
Communicate clearly with customers and project managers

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years estimating or construction experience
Knowledge of Xactimate software highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

Experienced Laborers

We’re looking for skilled laborers with experience in construction, waterproofing, drains, or remediation.

Responsibilities:

Assist with on-site projects across all divisions
Operate hand and power tools safely
Support crew leaders in job setup, cleanup, and daily operations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of field experience preferred
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required
Ability to work up to 55 hours/week with overtime

Drain Service Technician (Hydro jetting)

Eastern Drain Service is seeking qualified and skilled drain service technicians.

Responsibilities:

On call 24/7 for calls during work hours and after-hours emergency calls
Operating, maintaining, and cleaning drain service equipment.
Writing and calculating drain service invoices with descriptions of work and materials used during service.
Taking payments onsite.

Qualifications:

2 Years experience in Residential and Commercial drain jetting.
General knowledge of plumbing required.
Current Driver's license.

Secretary / Administrative Assistant

Eastern Offices is also seeking an organized Secretary to support our office operations.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and manage scheduling
Maintain customer files and assist with invoicing
Support field teams with job coordination and documentation

Qualifications:

Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Mold Estimator (Eastern Mold Remediation Division)

This role involves assessing mold damage and remediation needs for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform on-site inspections and identify remediation requirements
Generate professional estimates and reports (Xactimate experience a plus)
Coordinate with technicians and homeowners

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years in remediation estimating or related field
Understanding of environmental and safety protocols
